I weighed myself on Wednesday 157.5
Weighed myself today Friday 155.5
Although it’s only 2lbs and probably only water weight, I’m happy.
Makes me stay motivated to counting my calories on My Fitness Pal and doing the 20-25 min of Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred!

Just curious to see if anyone has used these before? My mom has a couple of packets and I think I’m going to start turning them into a strawberry smoothie as a meal replacement since they’re packed with veggies and fruits!
They are a natural raw meal with over 25 ingredients (brown rice, pumpkin, kale, cabbage, barley, mushroom etc) I believe there is a “slim” version and a “immune booster” as well. Has anyone tried these for weight loss?

I saw this video last night and I didn’t think it would be that difficult. Welp it was, especially the side lunges with the weights and the bicycle sit ups last!
My face is actually red and I’m sweating :)

I’m so mad at myself. I let myself go 4 years ago when I started dating my boyfriend. We broke up and now we’re back together (since January) & I’ve started to let myself go AGAIN.
I promise myself I’m going to the gym tomorrow, spinning actually. I cannot keep doing this =/
Even though I know he doesn’t care, I rather he be proud of his sexy curvy gf and not his overweight gf.
