Mo’Beta Odwalla Superfood
1 piece of toast
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 a banana
Ugh, today while I was shopping, I hated what I was seeing. I really need to get back on track :(
I can run for around 35 minutes on the treadmill, but I’m absolutely awful outside the gym. This is a great tip.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana (frozen)
1 cup chunks of peeled mango
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa (optional)
Blend and enjoy :)
- I woke up the other morning, craving a different smoothie. Not my usual banana peanut butter smoothie. So I googled the ingredients I had at home and come up with this delicious recipe. The combination of banana and mango is delicious and refreshing.
One of my favorite snacks!
Fueling up after this mornings workout with some plain Greek yogurt, honey, granola and strawberries :)
