Holy shit, this was only half way into kickboxing this evening! I’m giving it my all, staying committed because I want to see changes!

Then making myself a protein smoothie for dinner. I have no idea what kind, all I know is that I have vanilla whey protein, bananas, strawberries, almond milk or skim milk, blueberries, peanut butter….any ideas? Inbox them :)

I’m definitely making this month count because I slacked off so much last month. So I’m ready. Kickboxing 2-3 times a week and gym 2-3 times a week. And resting once a week.
