Then making myself a protein smoothie for dinner. I have no idea what kind, all I know is that I have vanilla whey protein, bananas, strawberries, almond milk or skim milk, blueberries, peanut butter….any ideas? Inbox them :)

Is my worst enemy. It’s telling me I’ve gained 3 lbs this week, and I’ve been eating right, drinking more water and kickboxing.

155.9 that’s what the scale read. Going to try to weigh myself weekly and thinking about taking pictures in order to observe any body changes.

So I will finally be starting kickboxing again this week :)

Kind of excited/nervous because I used to be so good at it when I used to go….about 5-6 years ago now. I was a teen and it helped me stay fit.

So I’m hoping this will help me lose weight…does anyone else use this as a form of weight loss?

Getting out of work late really gets to me. Hoping ill be out by 5ish so I can go home, change, and go to the gym.

I need to focus on losing this weight for my own good.

holy shit. I keep forgetting it’s THAT soon.

I feel the same way. Work is so stressful I really haven’t been merry at all. And can I say I’ll be working Christmas Eve too? Ugh.

Because its snowing and it’ll be a cold day and I won’t want to go to work.

Followers! I need some suggestion, I believe I had already asked this but I’m not sure so here goes again.

I currently use My Fitness Pal to count my calories, I love it. I lost weight like this last winter when I was in school. I am currently back on my weight loss grind. I really really want to reach my goal and not give up. SO my question to you is, which calorie counter/food log app is your favorite or which one do you see works better?

I currently have on my iPhone: Weight Track, Lose it!, My Net Diary, Calorie Count and MFP.
