Is my worst enemy. It’s telling me I’ve gained 3 lbs this week, and I’ve been eating right, drinking more water and kickboxing.

Gah!

Venting because god knows I HATE when the scale/my body does this. 

It makes me feel blah and discouraged but ill try not to let it get to me and continue C25K. 

Change takes time.

was kind of depressing. I couldn’t fit into my dresses that I fit into in Jan/Feb.

Sad, I know.

But thankfully I found 2 cute dresses that hid my tummy.

This just motivated me to get on back on my grind on Monday.

I got it alllll planned out.
